Rasmus Wängelin is an award-winning designer with a passion for creating meaningful brand experiences that resonate with audiences. With over a decade of experience in the design industry, Rasmus has established himself as a thought leader and innovator, known for his ability to craft compelling visual narratives that connect with people on an emotional level.
Currently, Rasmus serves as the Head of Brand Design at Spotify, where he leads the brand and marketing efforts on a global scale. In this role, he has been instrumental in shaping Spotify's visual identity, and his work has been recognized with numerous accolades, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, and the Webby Awards.
Prior to joining Spotify, Rasmus worked with Nike through the agency R/GA, where he helped to shape the brand's digital presence and create engaging experiences for consumers. He has also works as a consultant, helping various companies with their brand and design challenges.
In addition to his work at Spotify, Rasmus is a regular speaker at design conferences, events and podcasts, where he shares his insights and experiences with other designers and creative professionals. He is also a mentor, helping other designers & design leaders navigate brand and design challenges and inspire the next generation of creative talent.
